He's been absolutely quality in his time at City and with him not relying on pace, strength or stamina at all he should not decline too hard with age.
He sticks to the touchline because Pep wants him there to the stretch the opponent's back four, and is rarely allowed to roam free. He's been here for four years and it's about time people finally understand this.Apart from his brilliant goal, he actually roamed all over the park and bobbed up in different places. I had to rub my eyes because I was so used to him sticking immovably on the right wing.
It was a revelation and I sincerely hope he continues to show more versatility in his game.
He has actually done well here. Scored some very big goals especially in the UCL. If he was in an ultra defensive team he would already have one or two UCL medals.That was the Leicester City Mahrez that I thought would rip it up at City. Take the shackles off our flair players Pep.
