Takes balls to step up for a pen in your first game for the best club in the world at the age if 20. Liked his corners a lot, once he gets more confident in the way we play he’ll be great.

There were some flashes of Mahrez, Nasri, and Kinky in how he makes space, baits defenders, and drives with the ball from the wing and midfield.

His crossing isn’t half bad, either — at one point Haaland seemed to be surprised by how good one of them was.

Was also impressed with him not really trying too much on his debut; he kept it mostly simply but executed almost everything really well.

Can’t remember him giving away the ball, either.

Good start and expect him to do well here.

It’s easy to forget just how young he is. There’s always a bit more expectation with a new signing than there is with an academy player but the reality is he’s a year younger than Oscar Bobb and only 1 year older than Nico O’Reilly. Considering that, he looks very promising.

I was at an 80th birthday yesterday and had a bit to drink so I am not sure of what I witnessed but am I right in thinking he looked very right footed when dribbling but took corners with his left foot?

He impressed. Looks to be useful with his passing too. Nunes really should have reached that through ball from Savio.

It'll be interesting to see how he's used this season. As far as I know, his biggest strength is beating his man on the left and getting a cross in. But we use inverted wingers, so we might not see much of that

Was saying this when we signed him Dovbyk got so many goals last season due to Savio's crossing he's deadly with it. He's better on the right than left. He demolished defences who sat back against Girona Brazilian flair. Hasn't pulled the tricks out yet.

Also just add he's extremely quick when he gets running.
