I didn't mind him getting down the wing and throwing a few crosses over but has to make sure that volley is on target. It would cause panic even if not hit hard as long as its on target.

The sub should’ve been reijnders for foden at 1-1 why on earth did he wait until 2-1 to make 3 absolutely disgraceful substitutions including 2 wingers with zero confidenceI've never been his biggest fan and have been quite criticial but I don't feel like it's fair to judge him at the moment when he's clearly got zero confidence, I have no idea why Pep brought him on. It's like a cornerman sending his clearly concussed, bleeding boxer back into the ring to get pummelled.
He should get taken out of the team until we're 2/3-0 up and comfortable, or in the cup games, let him play himself back into things.

This is what frustrates me. Not only did we turn down mega money for him, we rewarded him with a new contract - 12 months on from him signing his original one - for quite literally fuck all.
He wasn’t the best last season. He’s done nothing to warrant an extension this season yet we’ve tied him down and given him a pay rise.
Baffling from Viana and IMO one of the very few black marks against his time so far here.
