  • Inter Milan wanted to make Cancelo's Loan Permanent. But Valencia needed to clear FFP, so they instead chose to sell him to Juve for a higher fee.
  • Juve after buying De Ligt needed to make sales for FFP. They decided to sell their two best assets: Dybala & Cancelo
Summer moves at Juventus were the latest example of a broken economy in which teams are selling players they should keep, and keeping players they would prefer to sell.

The great thing for us is that Cancelo was our #1 target which we spent the ENTIRE summer window chasing.

He definitely will, zero chance we start Zinchenko against Madrid.
 
Showed a blt of flair going forward tonight and made at least one very good interception at the back.
 
Always found it odd he struggled to get more games for us. He is very skilful and really adds a lot going forward.
 
96% pass completion, joint highest in team(Bernie)
4 tackles - joint most in team(Rodri)
2 aerial challenges won - joint most in team
6 completed take-ons - same amount as the rest of the team combined.
