Let's highlight his defensive stats, for many on here seem to think he can't defend: most tackles, most interceptions, most duels won, most aerial duels (!!!) won. Can't defend!

That entire left flank and by consequence the entire side is much better balanced with a left footer in front of him and someone who will move off the ball for him and won't end up occupying the same spaces. Weirdly don't think he was as good as he has been but happy to see him get the credit. A special footballer and I will maintain my wish to see him play left midfield.
