He has now been dropped from the squad entirely after being benched in key games in the last round by Martinez.

Martinez does not pick players based on form. He received a lot of criticism for his squad selection due to Felix and Cancelo being called up despite not playing any games.

He seems to be opting for Vitinha at the moment but I feel once Nunes is settled at City he will he Called once more.
