27 | Matheus Nunes - 2024/25

He will get a lot of abuse but he has been one of our best players this season, and overall did a decent job today prior to the mistake. I don't think it was the right game to play him for the first time in his life at full back. We should have played Bernardo there as we did against Arsenal.
 
Defended him since he signed, but this is inexcusable. Absolute braindead. United is the one team in the world you just can’t lose against. Cheers for ruining my year
 
This is not some kid who has just come into the side. A 55m signing on big money - Every time I see him he's ok for about 60 mins then tires has a brain fart and shakes his head when it all goes wrong. He is not fit enough and despite looking alright for short spells in the game giving the ball away so cheaply is unforgivable - worse still is compounding it by giving away another stupid pen - like the Spurs game. We need players of character not those who show no bottle. I am adding him to the list of players that should be done with us - Walker ( five times booting the ball straight to them) and Nunes were terrible in a game for the taking. We are a mess.
