Same here as the account is always fully used didnt dare take the chance of city asking for payment at 12,00 and wages going in later in the day ie another £22 overdraft fee

Cheers for that. forgot all about it.

I didn't even want to go direct debit, but there was always an error when I tried using my credit card.

Still, it worked for the cup schemes anyway

There was an option on a drop down menu when we put bank details in. Easy to miss.

I'm sure you'll be able to ring them up and at it changed.
