What about the resistance work?Down another 2lbs, at lowest weight I've been this year. Ran 7.5 miles last Sunday, 5k on Tuesday, 5 miles yesterday and 3 mile walk before work this morning plus keeping eye on my diet as well
Only other stuff is started some yoga plus few workouts using dumbbells at home, that's it at momentWhat about the resistance work?
