Sounds good mate. Have a look at Insanity Max 30. I use that to strip away all the excess shit I've collected over Winter. Don't have to do the full 2 months just have a go at the modified videos from the second month. Work a treat.

Down another 2lbs, at lowest weight I've been this year. Ran 7.5 miles last Sunday, 5k on Tuesday, 5 miles yesterday and 3 mile walk before work this morning plus keeping eye on my diet as well
What about the resistance work?
 
Find a way to be consistent. It doesn't help to stop drinking, eat healthy for a month and then go back to the same old habits. That helped me, and I lost 15 pounds in 4 months.
