Yes, but not at Dias' level. Dias is like Rodri now, we give him no credit for good performances, only the absolutely brilliant ones. And people like to nitpick Dias' performances in a way they don't with Stones.

What nitpicked more than Stones. There has never been a player under more scrutiny than John Stones. After his mistake last week for England I heard some numpty on Talkshite say that the reason he wasn’t in the City side last season was because he made so many mistakes . He hardly played because of injury and his personal problems, we all know that. But no let’s make up shit to keep him down. Dias has been brilliant ,so has John, but I wouldn’t say he was more picked at than John Stones. Fuck me they can’t wait for Johnny boy to fail.

I'm talking about by City fans, especially on this forum. Look through Dias' thread the last few months there's an awful lot of "needs to stop coming forward it's going to cost us" etc. None like that on Stones' thread.

He’s an absolute giant of a CB and he’s all ours.
He will surpass all who have gone before if he stays for the next 6+ years.

Love this, Dias is a man mountain and a real leader. The PL signing of the season imo.
