It's been a long time since I've seen a defender Marshall the defence like Kompany used to but he did that tonight.

I'm my head I'm thinking 'I wish he would be more vocal' but towards the end I saw him moving the defence around and confidently instructing players with what he wanted from them and that impressed me even more.

At 23 YO I thought he was and has been hugely impressive.
