Wow, how could you possibly break up this partnership now? Dias and Stones together have been phenomenal.
 
Talk about a colossus. That was outstanding from start to finish. He's the complete package, can bring the ball out with ease and never looks a liability on it while also doing the dirty work with perfection.
 
Wow. I had not really noted him at Benfica. ( My ignorance). So far he’s everything we needed in a centre half and more.
 
I don't think there has been a player to have such an impact for a new club - the fact that he has literally improved our entire defence is incredible. I know he may have a slip up at some point in the future but it won't matter as he has earned the respect of the squad, the management and the fans. An amazing player who most of us had not really heard of. Look at the togetherness tonight - stems from him communicating. Another Wow from me, consistently a 9/10 player for his first 20 games.
 
That was one of the best defensive performances I've seen from a City CB in a very long time.

Even better than Richards in the 2007 1-0 derby win.
 
He is top top class, a true leader! Very professional! He was largely underated..He was already in a very high level at Benfica..considering his level, he was cheap! Great sign for City.
