Top class again. 2 or 3 goal saving challenges there. That block from the Rashford one in the first half was world class.

Does the fairly rare slightly rash clearance, but apart from that - world class defending, great at one on ones, good in the air, comfortable with the ball on his left or right, composed, leader, influential, team player...he was brilliant from the off but we were slightly wary he might come undone at some point but he's played liverpool, chelsea and united now and if anything, looked better

Has he had a bad game yet? There's been one or two very minor mistakes but apart from that he's been an 8 or 9 out of 10 every game for me. Tonight he was a 10 out of 10. He's turned John Stones from Mangala to Maldini. Signing him has given us not 1 but 2 top class centre halves - Laporte and Ake can't get a sniff!

I think he's going to make an impact on the same sort of scale that Vinnie, Yaya and Serg have
 
Mountain of a man. Born leader. I love how Kompnay-esque his transfer has been. Expected a decent player, got a premier league legend instead.
