his cajoling, prompting, motivating every second he is on the pitch
 
I think a few neutrals/rivals watched him for us this season, and were surprised that he's only 23.

Future City captain.
 
I loved the way he was organising the defence even though the final whistle was about to blow. It was like it was the first minute.

Was great to see, and probably a response to the late Chelsea goal. That will have hurt them. So extra focused last night to see it through.
 
When you're three-nil up at Stamford Bridge and concede in the final seconds, and your new defender, who also happens to be one of the youngest men on the pitch, is devastated and pissed off to lose the clean sheet despite a comfortable win... that's the mentality we want from our players.
 
I think it's safe to say his performances are not going under the radar anymore.
