Same. Too bad he'll be rushed back before he's ready and will get injured again because he's turned to glass apparently.I miss him so much..

They all have and it makes no sense to me. We rotate defenders more than any other club in world football. So yes, we play a lot of games but our defenders get plenty of rest. On top of this, until recently, our defenders rarely had to do any defending. They very rarely get injured through making challenges. Most of the time, they finish a game with no discernible injury and out of nowhere, they’re out for weeks again. Is there an issue with our training?Same. I think they're just spoiled from having Rodri do so much work in front of them. With Rodri, they just needed to smother whoever managed to get past but now they have to actually organize themselves with no cover in front of them. They all have and it makes no sense to me. I heard Danny Murphy talk about this. They all have and it makes no sense to me. We rotate defenders more than any other club in world football. Might be the first time that Murphy has talked sense, forcing this style on injury prone players like Ake and Stones makes things worse.I heard Danny Murphy talk about this.
His theory made sense. He said that because the midfield is lacking, and we are still playing right up the field, the defenders are having to constantly make sprints from the half way like 5, 6, 7 times per match.
He said when players are constantly overused that way it leads to injuries which then further compounds the defensive frailties.
Made sense to me.
Well he didn't commit any big mistakes but it does prove that the defensive errors don't stop with him on the pitch, the problems in this team are too big.Captain and part of a defence that has just conceded 3 goals at home, yet he manages to get zero criticism over this match, strange.
