30 Years Later: The Kippax Revisited booklet

Sorry. Forgot one of the most famous, The Shelf at White Hart Lane.
Always liked looking at old photos iof The Shelf. It was unique as far as I know
Cos it had terrace below it , seats behind on an upper level...but this beautifully separate terrace wedged in between .
It's the only thing about spurs I've ever liked in my life tbh.
The Shelf was mint to look at. Proper.

Huddersfield had a end ( town end ) and a side end
I do miss their old ground tbh
First time I went there late 80s fa cup tie
I thought about how it must have looked back in the day when udders were a top top team , the best in England iirc
Leeds Road must have bin a place and half in its time!
Frank Worthington cut his teeth on that pitch in more recent history .

A few of us used to 'brave' the home sections at away grounds back in the early 70s. It started as a bet/dare, and we had quite a few hairy moments.
Standing on the Shelf at White Hart Lane was quite an experience... As I recall, it had a low ceiling didn't go back as far as I thought, but the sound was like being in a tunnel and very loud.
The locals weren't too bad. Probably because we didn't score, but we got a few odd looks when we didn't celebrate their goals.
