Fair play to Eddie he responded magnificently today to the challenge thrown down by Ortega. Some top class saves and excellent handling all game long.

Its clear we have two top keepers.

Love the fella. Made important saves today while those 4 in front fucked about.

I am a critic of his and I agree he’s good with his feet but I really don’t rate him as a top keeper. But credit where it’s due. I Thought he had a much better game with his hands today. Not sure about his position for their first. The header wasn’t powerful and it looped over him.

A couple of fine 1 on 1s though. Let’s hope it continues.

I’d hate to live a life with such negativity. It’s gotta grind you down eventually.

Top game today, having serious competition is good for everyone involved.
