Yes no worries with Eddie / i too have had the odd wobble with his shot stopping but he had a great season and perfect for us. Been here a long time now.

I'm guilty of it as well but I think we as fans take his distribution for granted at this point. Whenever I watch another team, I'm shocked at how poor goalies' distribution is more times than not and how much it impacts their entire game.

Totally.
Ederson is clearly the better goaly but as a back up there are non better than ortega.
He comes up a tad short but for a free he is amazing and would walk into a hell of a lot of other prem teams

That is by far the best article I have read analysing what he brings to us. He is absolutely unique. Many joked about him playing in outfield positions. This analysis shows that he already largely is. A midfielder who could spray 80 yard passes all over the pitch, to feet, would be lauded as one of the best in the world. We take it for granted with Eddie every week. Thanks for posting this mate.
