He cannot move any sooner across unless he's absolutely certain it's unreachable by anybody ahead of him from the direction the ball is coming, given that stones attempts to head it, that will indicate that the ball was reachable. As the ball goes beyond stones, ederson is following the ball as you'd expect, his position is perfect at all times.
