Yep think they had Alan Smith up front that day and McAllister in midfield who both scored, but still went down. Smith had already signed for Arsenal iirc but they loaned him straight back, that type of deal is now banned in this country I think, though not abroad as with Jesus and AlvarezMissed the Wolves Cup game through work but it was typical of City's unpredictability that the two games that book-ended the League run were a 2-0 win at Spurs who finished 3rd that season and the 4-2 at Bradford who were top and unbeaten. In between we lost matches to some really poor teams. The pits was probably a 4-0 hammering at Leicester, who were relegated with us.
