1911-1938 i think. There was a world war in this time though

the last trophy was won in 1976 if I remember correctly, so thats 35 years. your mate cant od maths for shit.
or do rags really go as far as looking 100 years back and mocking a club for their ancient history? cause thats pretty sad.

Anyway, to answer the OP, their longest period without a trophy was between winning the league in 1910-1911 and the FA Cup in 1947-1948.

presumably this is the years utd went without winning appearing in a final or winning a trophy - 1911 to 1948

They won the league and FA Shield in 1910-11 and then didn't win anything else until the FA Cup in 1947-48 season.
