Haha,a combination of diagnosed OCD and a touch of self parody.....

Sadly, certain players are knackered and cannot play three massive games inside one week. Fortunately, we have such a strong squad that we can replace De Jong by Vieira, Toure by Milner and Silva by A J without detrimentally affecting our chances of victory. We also have Zabaleta if Micah or Alex needs a breather and Edin if we need to keep our attacking formation. With De Jong, Toure and Silva on the bench, the Potters will be shitting it.

3rd place ? lets go for joint 2nd itf we win our games and chelsea lose there game we will only be done on goal difference.

We'd need to score 16 goals in the last 2 games without chelsea scoring any... eez possible.

Very important game. Almost as important as the Spurs game as 3rd means we don't have to go through a 2 legged Play-Off against a seeded European team.

City have put back the Cup Parade, and warned the players about partying too much, but when Birmingham won the League Cup they got thrashed in the League. Maybe we are lucky that we are playing Stoke. They will be tired, but they will also be determined and they wont have been drinking. We'll see how professional City's players are. This is going to be a really big ask for the City squad. I'd expect a strong reaction from Stoke's team. They are a mirror image of their manager who is a tough guy.

We have the advantage of a bigger squad.

Will Stoke's pride match our desire for 3rd spot? On paper it should be easier to beat Stoke and Bolton than win a 2 legged play off against a top European side, but will we be ready to play such a game after such a huge match. Who will deal best with the Wembley "hangover"?

I think City will play SWP, Dzeko, Milner and we'll win by a couple of goals.

I'm actually worried that the coaching and playing staff are not aware of the how strong the opposition are likely to be should we end up in a qualifying match. It's times like this that I even amaze myself at my capacity to worry about ridiculous things where City are concerned.

Yep. The likes of Bayern Munich, Benfica and Villareal await us if we finish 4th, as we will not be seeded, whereas Spurs were this season. Now that it's in our hands, i hope the players realise the season is not over yet. Considering our games are against Stoke and Bolton, we MUST finish 3rd. 4th and the FA Cup would be an amazing season, but we still have one more target to achieve. 3rd and the FA Cup is dreamland.

2 more cup finals.

COME ON CITY!!!
