Akanji has been a disaster this season, but you can't put that on him, IMO.

The thing that gives me hope... the first couple of minutes before his error, he played a brilliant forward pass which put us in down the right and led to Marmoush's first chance. He showed he can play a pass.

He was also very quick to apply pressure, in a season when most of our defence has been way too passive.

It's basically impossible to judge how good he'll be off that match, only time will tell, and he just needs to put his best foot forward.

So happy he recovered from that nightmare start, mentally it shows he’s strong. He showed so much character.

And for me, he was the one always chasing and putting in an effort to catch up with a Chelsea attack. The rest in comparison looked like a spirit was holding them back.

I saw that , was a class ball

He will be fine , i think he was a bit shocked at the pace of the league
