The rest of the interview included that whilst he doesn't want his hero dave leave he is looking foward to stepping into his shoes

Also he ignores everyone saying he should leave to get playing time as he is a city fan and is learning by playing with our players soaking up everything they are teaching him

The interview is in the mirror today

As i have been saying their is a plan which he is happy with
 
I get that the plan was to put him in the team next season to replace Silva; but realistically we're out of the title race now, Silva isn't playing well, so why not blood him more this season ready for the bigger role next season?

May as well give him some starts at this stage.
 
Needs to leave on loan in January or in the Summer for his own careers sake.

Does he trust Pep that he'll replace Silva??

He can't improve by sitting on the bench every week.
 
Silva is my favourite ever City player and has played a big part in us winning so much. But he is finished at this level. Any other club in this league would fucking kill to have a player like Foden. His potential is being wasted. He seriously can not play worse than Silva or Gundogan. Just fucking give him a run of games and let him show everyone what he can do. I just don 't understand what Pep has against giving kids a chance in the team. The league is already over in fucking December just fucking play him.
