Thought he was better than fine today. His energy really helped the press and he made a number of runs that freed up space for KDB to attack. His last two games he has one goal and two assists and we've looked like a much more dangerous attacking side with him in it.

I don’t think he was amazing today but he certainly gave us the energy and legs in the middle that we been sorely missing. What is clear, is he can play at this level and hopefully Pep will show more faith in him.

In my opinion there was absolutley nothing that Mahrez did when he came on that was better than what Phil did.

He hasn't played many consecutive games in the first team,it's different than playing with the kids,he says he got tired 2nd half

Mahrez was bloody awful when he came on. I find it extremely odd that the only time our winger wants to run with the ball, is when he is running towards our goal.

Think pep managed him perfect today, gave him the start and gave him correct minutes after playing him in the week will do his confidence brilliantly.

Also hes probably going to play 90 on wednesday and to be honest with that performance he could easily be needed next weekend.

6 games in the next 20 days, if we are 3-0 up and anyone looks tired, take them off, not just Phil.
