Yep. Will be back on the bench tomorrow and then start the game on Wednesday before going back to the bench again.

With so many games coming up he will get chances still and will probably start a league game. If he stays fit, his talent will prove to Pep why he should start more often. He will start getting a lot more game time over the next few weeks and let's hope that convinces Pep he needs to be starting more often than not.

Gundogan is so inconsistent. Foden might not be much more than that at this stage but he is a young lad with a bright future so is allowed to be performing that way. And from what we have seen so far he usually makes something happen. Best player on Wednesday when Gundogan was also on the pitch.
 
I feel that over this Xmas period Foden will start a game that we go on to win with him playing a starring role.

Once this happens he will retain his place in the team and get a run of games, this will then lead to him becoming a regular starter.
 
Fine today. And is an option to start any game.

We need to stop moaning when he doesn't start, or he gets subbed off though.
 
Decent game today. We do get frustrated in his lack of game time but we have to put our trust in Pep that he’s managing him correctly. Foden & Bernardo in the middle should be a great pairing of skill & attacking flair. With the developing Rodri sat behind them.
