Sadly you are right. Doesnt mean they won't sell him and he won't want to leaveFoden is more valuable to City than Pep who won't be here in 18 months.

I have to agree with you mate. Its time to demand more playtime. Would 100% support him putting in a transfer request if this continues. One thing is bedding someone in slowly, this is just neglecting a fantastic talent
Scandalous that he's not getting more game time. I fully understand the "bring him on slowly, don't put too much pressure on his young shoulders" arguments. But surely, the time has now come where he needs to be getting full 90 minute appearances under his belt, not 10 minute cameos (and he didn't even get that today). He has to be a better bet than Gundogan, shirley.
2 starts in the leauge this year, 12 including subs, 260minutes played. Last year and the year previous was the year for him to feature in cup games and sub apperences, this year really should have been the year for him to feature in more important PL matches especially with d.silva being phased out.
I don't think anyone can say that he has pushed on this year, he would have learned a lot more playing 20/30 games out on loan regardless of that teams style of play.
There's is no chance we don't bring in another attacking midfielder in the summer.
Foden has no fucking chance of replacing Dave next season. There is no way on earth we have a season like this, where we finish miles behind the title winners and next year Pep takes a chance/risk on a kid. No way.
