Really well done. He's getting more involved in games which is key. I think in a couple of years once he's physically even more resilient he'll be a sight to behold.

The fact he played so well and yet finished poorly means he really has City DNA in him. Exciting times.

Exactly what I was thinking lol, missing those sitters just confirms he's a proper part of the team now. Fits in seamlessly.

He is our Messi. If anything is going to keep Pep at City it is this kid.

He is very very good. We looked slightly less dangerous when he and Gabby were replaced. He is a complete natural.

I'm starting to feel Foden's future might lie in attack rather than midfield. Who knows, maybe he'll become a kind of Messi for City?

Think we need to see him central in Dave's position, probably the start of next season and see how effective he is. Think he has the ability to play 2 or 3 positions to a very high level, just need to find the right one.

If he's to play that role he can't miss sitters like he did today. Messi at age 20 didn't miss them.

Every player misses chances like that every now and then, let's just hope it's not a regular occurrence, he IS a very good goal scorer, his technique is objectively very good, he just messed up this time.

It's great though to criticize him, because it shows how valuable he is, he got 2 pre-assists for the first 2 goals and was very good in build up overall.
