Absolutely class. The determination to make things happen is just seeing him get better and better. He is vital to us performing at the moment. Class touch, exceptional technique and can put the ball in the back of the net. What a player.
 
So unusual to have a real flair player who also works so hard. He has great role models in that respect in KDB and Bernard, of course. But he has everything.
 
Hate to say it, as he’s so young, but if Sterling is worth over £1M/month, Phil is getting shafted at £120K/mo! Even his reported new deal of £100K/wk is a piss-take on current comparisons!

Only slightly TIC, but make him sign a 10yr deal that pays him well and let’s avoid the inevitable “contract crisis” in 4-5 years when the “big clubs” come calling!!!
 
Reminds me of one of those slalom skiers. The amount of times he looks like he's going to stumble but keeps going is amazing.
 
I see the hypocritical media and those who said he needs to go out on loan are now saying he’s flourishing and a superstar.
