As in letting one of the worlds best young players leave as Pep never plays him?
I genuinely believe that had Pep decided that his tactics and philosophy didn't matter and continued to play Sané regularly despite all that, Sané still would have pushed to go to Bayern.

I'd like to ask Pep what has changed since the restart last season when he was starting most games in the league.

As much as I like Torres and can see his potential, surely Foden has earned the right to come on ahead of him?

Pep's turning his treatment of him into an issue unnecessarily and it's affecting his confidence when he does play.

Would have started every game if we’d have paid north if £20m for him and he came fro Spain.

Was supposed to be Silva's replacement and the manager said we won't/didn't sign a replacement (Aouar,Grealish etc) last summer because we have Phil and fair enough, many fans agreed or would agree..Now,the manager says he doesn't currently see him as a midfielder currently but more of a forward but he can't get into that front three at the moment? He'll have to perform one hell of a miracle over the next few years from next summer when we inevitably add to the attack and midfield to be a main stay
Of course,Phil,as a fan,will 'understand'
But which is which? The whole situation is just disingenuous

Pep obviously prefers other players, Phil should ask Pep why and then work extra hard to shove Peps words down his throat.

If he leaves he leaves. Really wouldn't hold him against his will. OK last season there were games were he should have started but cos of D Silva, he didn't. This season no excuses man.

He's being saved for the competition the club has prioritised above all others. Pep hasn't adopted this cautious style to help us win the league, it's all about the Champions League this year, unfortunately. Expect Phil to feature a little bit more in the league over Christmas and January but once the CL kicks in again, he'll start all those games and be rested in the league.

A lot of disrespect for Foden. People thinking he won't stick around and fight at the team he grew up supporting. You'd think he's Milner the way some of you talk about him.

Note: This isn't me making a comment on whether I'm personally ok with him not being used here or not.

id love to know why he didn’t bring foden on, or Bernardo for that matter. We’d strangled the game to death by 70 mins. was he THAT scared of losing to a very average united side? i Want a manger that goes for the win. not settles for a point against shite
