I thought the FA had changed the age eligibility a year or so back after criticism that anyone over 21 at the start of the season could not really be considered young.

Trent Derby is currently 23 years old. Maybe Jizzy Shinguard is still in with a shout.

Foden won this award last season despite spending literally over half of it not on the pitch so the claims of anti-City bias on this thread are laughable.
