lad at work a utd fan who goes all the games said that the game they had v Liverpool in CC Final a few years back, 3 of their coach windows were smashed and one lad was attacked outside. He said there were scuffles outside before the game but that most were in the half hour leading up to kick off. He has also experienced it v Chelsea and Spurs and said the police have a huge job keeping fans apart and that its almost impossible.

Hopefully it wont be like this but If you are not into that sort of thing then I would say be careful and get to the ground a bit earlier especially if you have kids.
