Would love to have Drogba he's a nightmare for defenders and has consistantly scored at the highest level for many seasons.Still looks in great shape so would have no qualms with giving him a couple of seasons while he still has it.

Not that i don't rate Zabba or Micah but he is in my opionion a far better player than either of them at present.I really like both players but Maicon's just a fantastic player.
DO not disagree with Drogba's quality, and the ability to last a couple more years. But looking at the haul: Robben, Sneidjer, Drodga, Aguero. Now Add Balo, Silva, Dzeko, Yaya, AJ and Milner to the mix and we have
That seems like 10 players for 5 positions. Someones gonna be moody. And that would dappen our chances. You take off ne of the offensive players (most likely one of the new ones) and it is much more workable :) And adding Maicon to the list doubles the Moodiness. I agree he might be better than anything we have, but it would seem like overkill on the right when we are clearly hurting on the left.

5 i'd like to see (who aren't impossible to get i.e. xavi, messi etc) - Pirlo (Milan), Chiellini (Juventus), Sneijder (Inter), Mata (Valencia) and Sanchez (Udinese)

P.s; is that one of the Belgian boys?[/quote]

No,Dutch 17yr old centre half currently with Feyenoord. We have apparently already signed his national team partner - Karim Rekik.

Hummels (CB-Dortmund)

Alexis Sanchez (AMC/AML/AMR-Udinese)
Snejider (AMC/CM- Inter Milan)
Hulk (ST-Porto)

Alternate options-

Subotic (CB-Dortmund)
Coentrao (LWB-Benfica)
Douglas Costa (AML/AMR-Shakhtar)
Schweinsteiger-(AMC-Bayern)

Good picks mate.
Was pushing for Javi Martinez last year when it seemed Yaya's people were dicking us about.

1. Ronaldo (I think he has matured as a person and is worth twice as much as Tevez so a swap plus cash might convince RM plus maybe he'd like to return to England - Spain is fixed)
2. Mulumbu (getting Ronaldo means cheap options elsewhere .... Relatively. I'd try to swap someone for this guy - maybe SWP. Very impressed by the lad.)
3. Sturridge (might have learned his lesson at Chelsea and I think he'd get plenty of games for us)
4. Alves (we badly need a top class wing back)
5. Jones (the boy seems to have pace and ability - him and Richards coup fit in anywhere in the back - with the squad size limitations we need such versatility.)

My 25 ...
Attack - Bangatelly,Ronaldo,Sturridge,Silva,Johnson,Dzeko,Caicedo
Midfield - Yaya,NDJ,Mulumbu,Barry,Milner,kid1,kid2
Defense - Kompany,Lescott,Richards,Jones,Zabaletta,Alves,kid3
Keepers - Hart, yerman, yerudderman

(kids are the best from the academy that are going over age)
