Badly missed today ,his composure in the middle of the park is essential to the way we play , Akanji is nowhere near his standard , i can only think he struggles to play two / three games a week due to his fitness levels

As an outsider, I've always thought Stones is the most important part of Pep's system. The way he wants the team to play and build up, no idea why he didn't play today.

Not to mention his performance in the Champions League last year was immense.

Games then rest him against Luton. Back for United, rest for Copenhagen and in for Liverpool.
