dont know but started 7 games in a row in the Euros maybe not a game every 3 days but a game every 4 days or so.
to me it seems impossible him starting 7 games in a row at City. even two is a big ask. albeit Pep himself does some strange rotation too, he doesnt want a settled CB duo. I am sure if we get two clean sheets with Dias/Akanji duo for example he would bring in Ake and Stones or the other way.

Two years ago in the CL final he was magnificent and MOM but he has never got back to anywhere near that level and now is constantly unfit.

We simply can't afford these injurie absences, they are far too frequent.

Don’t forget that Ake can only seemingly play 45 minutes too. And Dias is still out. Where’s this ‘get rid’ energy for those two?!

Boulders will be back and if it means Pep needs to play him for 45 minutes to get him back to full fitness then so be it. He’s unique in terms of what he offers defensively and offensively.

Don’t forget too, he’s scored a last minute equaliser and a last minute winner for the team this season. Not bad for a player who should’ve been fucked off due to injuries.

Ake and Stones miss too many football games that's just a fact.

You can have one player like that but not 2 when your playing 60 games a season and when they are both on 200k a week.

Not his fault but he’s not worth the wages with his sustained injury record. Should be sold in summer as part of the rebuild.
