I hope that John Boy is getting it all sorted out properly. Plantar fascitis can be very painful so I've heard and can hit without warning.

An absolute Rolls Royce of a player BUT no use if he cant play for more than2-3 games without being injured.....same goes for Ake

Still a valuable player to have around. CB is not the position that needs further attention during the summer.
