It will just make it easier for the time-wasters and cheats who feign injuries.
 
Don’t think it will disrupt games or spoil them anymore than it does in C/L or cup games, which is not at all.
 
This is a fuckin joke, it's bad enough allowing 3 subs let alone 5, I'm really getting pissed off with the game I once loved, (been watching the Blues for 45 years) what next, bigger goal posts and advert breaks, like I said this has really pissed me off ...
 
I don’t agree with this at all. Extra subs were brought in to help during covid weren’t they?

this move will benefit the bigger clubs, with bigger squads. It will also mean more stoppages and time wasting

Barring a freak game where we suffer a, er, "massive" number of injuries, how many times will the bald frau Pep make 5 substitutions in one game? Somewhere between -1 and +1, I'm guessing.

Advert breaks....More money.....bring it on...said every chairman and no fans.
 
Most games will now last over 100 minutes. There will be so many stoppages in play games will have no flow or momentum. Most teams use subs as time outs and this will just make it worse.
 
The narrative is City the bully boys pushed for this as it suits us the most. Only City with a HUGE squad don't forget, 50 in it last time I looked

Ps I don't agree with it but we'll get the blame for it happening
 
There are still the same number of substitution breaks, and it has gone one in the EFL for the last 2 seasons without problems.

Much better than 99% of squads worldwide, we just don't have any seniors beyond that 22 because we are a well run club, no shite filling the reserves such as the scum/Chelsea/Madrid etc plus it helps keep those elite players happy if we're playing 60-70 games a season, they know the majority will start 30 or so games rather than having players like phil jones taking that wage just sat on his arse looking freaky (insert Mendy comparison here lol)
