The only time i have protested at the ground. Probably had the heart in the right place but needed to go.
He NEVER had the clubs interest at heart, it was all about him, the single most reprehensible figure in the clubs history in my opinion, the thing is i bet there was far more damage done and skulduggery off the scale that we don't know about, a dreadful inept con-artist and that's me being charitable.I think Swales got too much stick personally. Always found the cash for players, think of Phelan, Curle etc other big money buys as well. Just hired pretty poor managers that was the big problem. He had the clubs best interest at heart
