Apart from that goal against Newcastle he has done hardly anything and shouldn’t be anywhere near a top tier team who are looking to win everything
 
When's the last time he beat a man? Seems to have got stuck between his natural game and what he thinks he should be doing and so just does nothing. No faith he is going to be a game changer at the minute. I don't think he should be starting but i do think he is weirdly a better option to start to help tire out defenses whilst doing his defensive work than he is as a bench option. He's got to find some form quickly before the season passes him by.

Today he beat 3 men went to cross it went for a corner! It’s his first full season for fuck sake
 
Seems to have no confidence at the moment, doesn't bring much to the side but i think he's got something to work on.

Full of confidence in beating players he did it a few times when he came on it’s the final ball when to release it that needs to improve and it will because it’s not like it’s he 3rd year as one of the main player in the squad
 
I would give him a bit more time. He hasn't had anywhere near a good run at it to get his confidence. He is good enough to beat his man repeatedly, his final ball will come with time. I would persist with him for the time being.
Savinho on the other hand I have less hope for. No signs of life there for me.
 
At this stage he’s a league cup player, home dead CL player or home sub in a comfortable game

What he is definitely not is a starter at Villa away or sub when chasing a goal at Newcastle(yes I accept he scored there once upon a time but you get my point)

He's had a lot more than 25 minutes in the last few seasons.

He's living off the back of ONE goal at Newcastle.
