Got to say this: I have more and more faith in him. He'll always be found wanting, perhaps, against the very best. But then, who isn't? There's no shame in looking uncomfortable against the likes of Salah and Benzema. Against anything lower than the very best teams, he looks thoroughly comfortable. He's a better defender than Zin ever was, although Zin had a through ball on him that Aké will never have. That said, Aké's use of the ball when moving forward is becoming more creative. It's visible. He doesn't simply defer to Rúben any more.
