More and more convinced he's our best centre back at fullback option. Completely locks down his side like Walker does and whilst you're not going to get amazing line breaking passes he's far from a liability. Such a fantastic, reliable player, wonder where all those people calling him a waste of money are right now? We will be in a fight to keep him this summer. Want to see him left back and cancelo right more whilst Walker is unavailable.

The entire back 3 were faultless today once we went down to 10. Impeccable 1v1 defending sometimes even 1v2 and the way they each worked extra hard to cover the ground left by being a man down was superb. Have to copy and paste this in all 3 threads as I can't single one of them out, all 3 were fantastic as a collective.

It was really odd seeing his positioning-that aside I thought he was v good-his passing has improved more than any other player.
