Peps said a few times a little while back he can't start every game. Perhaps that was just whilst he fully overcame his last injury but selection indicates that's still the case. He's the only player in recent memory who has come into the club and their injury record has gotten worse, he was renowned for always being fit at bournemouth.

Yeah it’s a Shame, I suppose he played just the one game a week at Bournemouth, as long as he plays the big games for us I’m happy.

Ake showed again this week what a top class defender he is, best we've had at the club since Vinny. Good to see his knockers have finally shut the fuck up and he's getting the plaudits he deserves
