It’s funny , a couple of seasons ago he could have went back to Chelsea and we end up with Cucurella. Thankfully that never happened.

Well, I'm wary about getting touchy about a slight — perceived, real or imaginary, relating to City. And by the way, I don't think there's one here.
But I can't for the life of me see why that isn't an assist from Nathan for the second goal. Weghorst does very, very well, but that's an assist to him. If not, what is it?

Must be a candidate for the leadership group now. Perfect example to set to others was at the start of his City starter - a fringe/rotational player but he has waited for his opportunity and taken it and is now one of our best players. Players like Rico and Bobb must look up to him.

Man of the match by far today, excellent performance. Shame his forwards were so crap because he could have had three or more assists on top of the two. Also a couple of important defensive interventions
