I thought he played well.

We can still get alot of minutes for him to rotate Gvardiol, just not the big games.

Because you’re under more pressure away from home, not just specifically to Brentford. Just look at our away record

With the possible exceptions of Madrid, Munich and a couple of top premier league teams , if Ake can do it at home he can do it away.
 
Probably the most natural defender we have, he senses danger like no other player in our team. Good game from him tonight, looked knackered last 15 though which lead to him nearly completely fucking it up for us.

No idea why Pep didnt see how shattered he was and bring on Khusanov for him when he brought on Reijnders. At that point they were only offering a counter threat on the break anyway, and khusanovs pace would have been more beneficial
 
6 minutes and he fell down, I was thinking "That's the end of him here", then he stood up and went on for the entire match.
 
His legs have gone he has absolutely zero pace off the mark. Chelsea looked like they could get at us everytime once he came on. Don’t like criticizing a great but it’s tricky weeks ahead if we’re relying on this version of Ake.
 
Been crying about play time ahead of the World Cup well here’s your chance big man. No doubt you will try to turn like the 135 bus and end up crocked for 8 weeks.

Not been a bad signing overall but looking very iffy at times now. Replace.
 
I’m Dutch but he’s shaky. He always let his man control the ball instead of coming in front. You give your opponent more believe then. I hate this about him. Eventually he will do the job after this but in the next attack you gave your marker 10% more self believe. He don’t have the aura of a top player. Dias let his opponent know that there is no time for fun. Literally in his neck
