I think that's because the other 2 ties are waiting for the completion of the last 16 ties which will confirm who plays who. I hope we're the Saturday evening game though.

As long as its on a Saturday that will do me, any time they want, sure you are right but that's what their site is saying currently.

I think they put Saturday 3:00 as a kind of default date and time, I'd imagine the Arsenal v Everton match also stated 3:00 before it was moved to the TV slot of 12:45.
