He annoys the shit out of me. A shocking performance and not just because he was out of position. His crossing was dreadful and his tackling weak. Awful today and rightly hooked.1st half performance tonight shows exactly why he shouldn’t be playing, lacks effort, weak in the challenge and looks disinterested

For me, this is the most worrying player for this season. He is doing everything wrong since August, and he is constantly being the worst player on the pitch. Gomez is even worse defensively, and Ake as good as he is defensively, doesn't have the weapons to be dangerous in our attack.

He is a full back. He was one of our best player last season. He can't defend so you play him as a winger??! This is how you adapt? Also , I don't get why pep does this against a team who is 10th in PL. Why can't we play our natural game without being terrified of whoever plays against usBecause he can’t defend

I love Pep but I can't for the life of me work out why he decided to play him on the right wing tonight.
He had a dip in form before the world cup but all players have them, there's no need to freeze him out completely or start messing around with his position.
Get him back playing the inverted LB role where he was brilliant for us last season, we clearly miss his creativity.
