He's either ridiculously good or shite, with little in between. Talent wise he's one of the best full-backs in Europe without any doubt. But he does have a number of games where he looks anything but.

We’re going to need them both match fit and playing well soon and today was an ideal game for the pair of them.

Lewis didn’t do anything wrong but he doesn’t add as much as Cancelo does to the attack.
 
Hasn’t set the world alight this season so it’s no huge surprise that he hasn’t been playing.

That being said, without him we look just as poor defensively and far less potent from the full back position.

We need to get back to Walker at RB, a CB pairing from Dias, Stones and Laporte and Cancelo at LB.

Yep, and they need to start against Chelsea surely.
We need to get back to a more traditional back four imo as we just don’t look that strong in defence at the moment.

Yeah it’s poor at the moment and not in any way a reflection on Rico but we need the walker and cancelo combo back
