Exasperatingly poor for most of the season. It’s like he’s had a skill and ability transplant. And it all started well before the Gomez incident before that comes up again.

It started at Norwich and carried on at Everton back in September and he’s barely had a game since where anyone has thought anything more than “Sterling was actually okay today”.

But most of the time he’s either anonymous or atrocious.

Haha so true. Love Pep but ffs even Frank Clarke would have tried that one.
 
He is terrible at running at full backs, especially those that play for United or Liverpool. Looked better through the middle when Jesus came on but that’s not saying much.

A critical point - this isn’t new. It’s been going on for 3 games, at least!!!

I wouldn’t be picking him against Madrid.

Surely it’s got to be Mahrez Jesus Foden Agüero de Bruyne Bernardo and David all ahead of him in the pecking order at the moment?
