100 goals under Pep plus however many assists and penalties won.

111 goals for City and will probably leave with 150+.

The guy is a City legend, no two-ways about it and hopefully this is the sign he’s on the up again.

This. Its so annoying having wingers who don't attempt to beat a man. I know a lot of this is by design, and we are obsessed with keeping possession, but it can become too predictable. Our wingers have to attempt some take-ons and even sometimes lose possession, to keep the opposition guessing. Was so refreshing to see Sterling going at a full back time and time again.

We are not obsessed with keeping possession. We are obsessed by decision making.
It is why we are good

Great to see him play well and score at Anfield. Whatever faults he might have, he keeps working hard and keeps trying to get goals and assists. He has had huge pressure on him from a young age. He's been a boo boy for all England fans when there were plenty others who were shite. He's kept going and got through it time and time again. Yes he might miss the odd sitter or play the wrong pass but his numbers at 26 years of age are outstanding and he's still not at his peak.

Never gives up. Class character, class player.
Agree, this is why when he is out of form pep continues to select him. He is a fighter and a grafter and as you say, does not give up. Characters we need to win. His form has been shocking so maybe the Liverpool performance will help him kick on now. Top buy and a top player.
