Are they blues though?

They're not Blues. We've attracted a load of glory hunters who feel entitled to success and are generally abhorrent individuals.

Passing the buck. Whether you like it or not this lot posting the abuse follow City. We have a responsibility as a fan base to call this shit out for what it is.

Feel sorry for Raz. Watched the highlights from the Champions League games against Spurs before we played Dortmund - what a performance that was. He was unbelievable in our Centurions and Fourmidables seasons. Still prone to missing easy chances but he was a lot more confident and bagging goals for fun.

I’ve been a critic of his performances over the past 18 months but I just feel sorry for him now. I hope he manages to turn it around.

We have, but what's your evidence to say they are blues. Twitter etc is full of attention seekers masquerading as fans.
What’s your evidence of them “masquerading”?

The accounts in question have thousands of tweets discussing city. That’s a lot of effort to go to in anticipation of eventually firing off racist abuse online today.

Aside from the racial abuse which I don’t understand this modern trend that seems to have arisen even more recently (don’t know if it’s school kids trying to get one up on each other each week thinking it’s clever) there are two debates really:

1
current form
Poor but he is not “finished” and will regain his form and get back in the fold

2
Whether he should get a new contract or if we should sell.
Several on here have tried to shut down (legitimate) debate on this point. It remains the case - in my view - and it is perfectly fine to disagree, that we can improve on sterling who despite his good work and goals record is not capable of making it at the next (de bruyne/world class) level and therefore we could improve by having someone world class in that position.
Further, if our finances are a bit shy for haaland, I would advocate selling sterling to fund Haaland (foden, mahrez, Torres would be enough cover and the need up front is more pressing).
I can’t quite understand why so many wish to shut down this legitimate debate especially given it is so pertinent now with his contract up for negotiation.

His form this season has presented the club with a dilemma.

If he is offered and accepts a KDB style wedge to sign a contract extension until say 2025 and it turns out that this is his new level then he will be unshiftable until his contract is nearly up as no club would match his wages. Don't offer him a new contract and we have to try to sell him this summer as the club can't let him get to only one year left, so a combination of Covid hit finances and his poor season add up to a low fee or even no takers.

Tough one.
